At Office Capital you pay one clear total price. That way you know in advance what your office will cost you per month.
We work with agreements of indefinite duration with a notice period of three months. A private office has 1 to 8 workstations and starts from 15 m². A flex desk costs € 195 per month excl. VAT in Hasselt and € 249 in Maastricht-Airport, and includes all services except a private office.
That is the whole list. One price, one invoice, no surprises afterwards.
Renting an office or flex desk with us? Then you book the meeting rooms yourself through the online portal. Not a tenant? Email us the date, the time and the number of attendees. Smart screens by the rooms show the bookings.
In the rooms you will find screens and TVs, a printer and scanner for A4 and A3, flipcharts with pens, notepads, pens and highlighters. Coffee, tea, soup and water are ready, also for your visitors.

Office Capital has two locations: Ilgatlaan 9, 3500 Hasselt, België and Horsterweg 24, 6199 AC Maastricht-Airport, Nederland.
The all-in price includes the furnishing of your office with furniture of your choice, use of the meeting rooms and flex workspaces, weekly cleaning and waste management, parking spaces, internet via wifi and fixed UTP connections, coffee, tea, soup and water, and handling of your incoming mail. The only additional cost is printing, which is charged per page.
A flex workspace costs € 195 per month excl. VAT in Hasselt and € 249 in Maastricht-Airport. You get every service except a private office, including use of the meeting rooms, the coffee corner and registering your registered office.
For offices and flex workspaces we work with agreements of indefinite duration with a notice period of three months. A standalone mailing address via our partner Flexado can be cancelled monthly.
A private office at Office Capital has 1 to 8 workspaces and starts from 15 m². If your team grows, we look together at which office fits.
