Through the contact form, the tour request form and the online introduction form, we ask for your name, company, email address, telephone number, preferred location and, where relevant, the unit you are interested in, your preferred dates and times, and your message. We use this data solely to answer your question, schedule an appointment and inform you about available offices.

Your consent, which you confirm separately for each form by ticking the box, and the performance of the agreement that follows once you rent an office or flex desk with us. You can withdraw your consent by sending an email to k.beckers@officecapital.eu.

Submissions are stored in our own database, which is securely hosted. The retention period for requests that do not lead to a rental is still being determined and will be included here.

You can view, correct or have your data deleted, and you can object to its use. Send your request to k.beckers@officecapital.eu. We will reply within the legal deadline.

This website does not use marketing cookies and shows no advertising. Only if you explicitly agree via the cookie notice do we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure how the website is used; IP addresses are shortened. Without consent nothing is loaded. Google may also process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies page. On the same condition we load Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V.), a service that can recognise from the IP address which company visits our website, so that we can get in touch more effectively. Without consent this does not happen. We also count button clicks anonymously, without cookies or personal data.
