The all-in price includes the furnishing of your office with furniture of your choice, use of the meeting rooms and flex workspaces, weekly cleaning and waste management, parking spaces, internet via wifi and fixed UTP connections, coffee, tea, soup and water, and handling of your incoming mail. The only additional cost is printing, which is charged per page.
Yes. At Horsterweg 24 there is a spacious car park with charging points and a covered bicycle shed. Parking spaces are included in the all-in price.
For offices and flex workspaces we work with agreements of indefinite duration with a notice period of three months. A standalone mailing address via our partner Flexado can be cancelled monthly.
Yes. You can register your registered office at Office Capital Maastricht-Airport. If you do not have an office or flex workspace, you take the address as a standalone mailing address for € 100 per month via our partner Flexado. Discuss the formalities of the address change with your accountant or notary.

Printing is the only cost that falls outside the all-in price. We charge print work per page. A printer and scanner for A4 and A3 are available for this.
