What does an all-in price mean at Office Capital?
The all-in price includes the furnishing of your office with furniture of your choice, use of the meeting rooms and flex workspaces, weekly cleaning and waste management, parking spaces, internet via wifi and fixed UTP connections, coffee, tea, soup and water, and handling of your incoming mail. The only additional cost is printing, which is charged per page.
What does a flex workspace cost?
A flex workspace costs € 195 per month excl. VAT in Hasselt and € 249 in Maastricht-Airport. You get every service except a private office, including use of the meeting rooms, the coffee corner and registering your registered office.
What is the notice period?
For offices and flex workspaces we work with agreements of indefinite duration with a notice period of three months. A standalone mailing address via our partner Flexado can be cancelled monthly.

A private office at Office Capital has 1 to 8 workspaces and starts from 15 m². If your team grows, we look together at which office fits.

Yes. You can register your registered office at Office Capital Hasselt. With an office or a flex workspace, this is included. Discuss the formalities of the address change with your accountant or notary.
Is my mail handled?
Yes. Your incoming mail is handled for you. With a standalone mailing address through our partner Flexado, your mail is scanned and forwarded to you digitally.
What does a mailing address in Hasselt cost?
A mailing address at Ilgatlaan 9 costs € 100 per month. We arrange it via our partner Flexado, so you complete the application online and it is sorted quickly. Your mail is scanned and forwarded to you via the Flexado platform, and the contract can be cancelled monthly. With a flex workspace or a private office, handling your incoming mail is already included in the all-in price.
