About Office Capital: small-scale business centres in Hasselt and Maastricht-Airport
Office Capital runs two business centres: at Ilgatlaan 9 in Hasselt and at Horsterweg 24 in Maastricht-Airport. We rent out private offices from 15 m² to 8 workstations, flex desks and meeting rooms, to entrepreneurs who want a well-kept working environment without the hassle of a traditional lease.
What we deliberately keep small is the distance between you and us. There is no call centre and no remote manager. The in-house manager walks through the building, knows which unit is which office, and handles a fault the same day.

When you rent with us, your company remains itself. Your name on the door, your culture inside, our service around it.

A business centre with us is not a maze of floors. You know the other tenants, and we know you.
One point of contact
The in-house manager is based in the building. If there is a complaint or fault, we speak to him directly, even on his mobile number.

Hasselt and Maastricht-Airport work identically: the same all-in price, the same service, the same manager.

Both locations are fully furnished, both have parking with charging points and a coffee corner that is open to visitors. The difference is in the surroundings.
In Hasselt you work right by Park Ilgat, with a pond, benches and greenery, on the edge of the city. In Maastricht-Airport you work next to the runway, with the A2 motorway at the door and the Belgian border about 5 km away. If you rent at both locations, you still receive one invoice, from one address.

What does an all-in price mean at Office Capital?
The all-in price includes the furnishing of your office with furniture of your choice, use of the meeting rooms and flex workspaces, weekly cleaning and waste management, parking spaces, internet via wifi and fixed UTP connections, coffee, tea, soup and water, and handling of your incoming mail. The only additional cost is printing, which is charged per page.
