What does renting an office at Office Capital cost?
You pay a single all-in monthly price. It includes the furnishing of your space, use of the meeting rooms and flex workspaces, weekly cleaning, parking, internet and coffee. The only extra cost is printing, which is charged per page.
A flex workspace costs € 195 per month excl. VAT in Hasselt and € 249 in Maastricht-Airport alike. You will find the price per unit for the offices that are currently available below. If it says "on request", that price has not been set yet and we ask you to get in touch.
Only need a mailing address, without a workspace? That costs € 100 per month, at Ilgatlaan 9 in Hasselt or at Horsterweg 24 in Maastricht-Airport, and you apply online via our partner Flexado. Your mail is scanned and forwarded to you via the Flexado platform, and the contract can be cancelled monthly.

What does a flex workspace cost?
A flex workspace costs € 195 per month excl. VAT in Hasselt and € 249 in Maastricht-Airport. You get every service except a private office, including use of the meeting rooms, the coffee corner and registering your registered office.
What is the notice period?
For offices and flex workspaces we work with agreements of indefinite duration with a notice period of three months. A standalone mailing address via our partner Flexado can be cancelled monthly.

With a flex workspace or a private office, handling your incoming mail is already included in the all-in price.
What does printing cost?
Printing is the only cost that falls outside the all-in price. We charge print work per page. A printer and scanner for A4 and A3 are available for this.
